Normally, yes. But there are a lot of people who are repulsed by Moore and will cross the aisle.
It's amazing how many rural people will vote for someone whose only goals are bringing God into schools and government, and making homosexuality illegal.

Because the independents will all favor anyone with any sense of rationality for an obstinate zealot. The GOP's only hope would be to turn out 100% of the Cruz/Graham voters and pray.
