If so, you should delete these stupid posts because 1. we won't believe you anyway 2. it doesn't impact the case, this info will be known after the fact.

this tight knit group you have should prolly stop sharing info with you.

Lol seriously? frick you. People have a right to their opinions, no matter how stupid. McCarthy caused our society to trample over the bill of rights because of the big scary communists.

except this guy who disagrees with you apparently

frick you

McCarthy was right and ahead of his time. Look at all the bilge that hollywood and the media puts out that idiots such as yourself swallow.

I don't agree with any of those views. I just defend their right to an opinion. frick you for telling me what I believe. That's not your place.

Your opinion that McCarthy was in the right is a fricking stupid one. But I won't try and say you should leave the country because of it. Because it is your right to feel that way. Like a fricking moron.

Like the Clintons, police should not be above the law. Some of you hypocrites need to stop giving police blank latitude for a clear, cold blooded murder, which is on video!

First I'm seeing this video and it looks really bad. Unless the defense has something we don't know about, I'm not sure how it's not a conviction. Unless someone was in danger, he should have just let him run another 20 yards until he passed out.

It's actually the lone black guy on the jury. He's "undecided" while everyone else says guilty.

I recently served on a criminal jury in NOLA. 3 African American jurors and 9 white jurors. The 3 AA jurors voted guilty right away. 3 white jurors didn't vote guilty on first polling. After deliberations the jury voted guilty, 11-1. The lone hold out was a somewhat crazy white lady who lives alone on a boat in the marina and recently got in a humbug for discharging a weapon at the marina (yes, we got personal and stuff).

Charge was armed robbery. needed 10 guilty votes to convict. After the fact, learned he was a 3x loser, convicted felon......... Life without parole.

I'love do a search to see if I can find it. I've seen snippets of the enhanced video on some trash sites but I'm remembering an actual interview with the Canadian explaining how he enhanced the video and highlighting the taser.

The enhanced video showed that Scott took the cop's taser and fired it. You can see the string or wire or whatever it's called hitting the cop but think it hit his boot. Scott dropped the taser when he ran but it was tossed low & behind the cop who didn't see it. Cop thought Scott still had his taser.

After he shot Scott and realized Scott didn't have the taser anymore the cop went looking for it and found it at the point of the altercation.

The initial fight was also longer than the clip that's been shown.

Anyway, I'll do a search. Based on that interview and the enhanced video that was used as evidence in the trial, I would also have a problem getting past reasonable doubt.
