I know a few CIA types, mostly current and ex-blue badgers ... to a man they will tell you the field officers are not to be trusted.

Also, too many far left liberal ivy leaguers and too many women in positions of influence and decision making although there are some good ones here and there too.

They will all tell you that Bill Clinton and Barrack Obama stuffed the CIA, NSA and the FBI full of career liberals during their terms and it is going to be difficult to undo.

Trump should come in and do what he does best....FIRE ASSES.
If someone is not loyal and is trying to undermine the administration, let him do so in the unemployment line.

This isn't true. Obama himself questioned why rumors were in the briefing.

When it gets to the point where Obama doesn't want to hear it, you've lost.

Kudos to Obama for questioning that bullshite

Trump needs to tread lightly or he won't live very long. The CIA don't play and Trump has no allies up there. He got like 4% of the vote in DC. His own security detail likely didn't vote for him.

It would be easy for the CIA to pull off an assassination by getting to his security detail and having one "make a mistake" where an assassin could get close enough undetected

Steve Pieczenik also believes a soft coup is in place...

His assertion is the CIA tried to steal the election, and they've clearly pushed efforts to discredit him after the election, including peegate

I can tell you the SS has no love lost for the Clintons, as well as several military intelligence people...

CIA has been amuck for decades

He should fire a lot of them.

The problem Trump is going to face, which ever Conservative President has had to face, is that it is very very difficult to fire career government employees. And 80%+ of government employees, the bulk of the bureaucracy of you will - are liberals. Many of them far left wingnutjob progressive liberals.

There are millions of them. Almost 22,000,000 to be exact.

Our government is the largest employer in the country by far ... so think about that. 17 million liberal voters who want to keep their cush jobs and perks under the liberals ... that's from the get go in every general election.

He actually won the popular vote, too, so long as you subtract enough votes from Hillary.

Next election you should make sure that 3 million popular vote margin in favor of Hillary is in swing states and not in California where Hillary won by over 4 million votes.

McGovern said things really went sour when Tenet ran the CIA.

Before then, he and the other CIA agents who gave daily briefings to the POTUS would do it alone but when Tenet was in charge that changed.

He said one morning when the agent doing the briefings was waiting for the car to pick them up, Tenet showed up and invited himself to the briefing. From that day forward, Tenet would come to every briefing and stand behind the agent while the agent gave the briefing.

As McGovern put it, if the agent didn't say what Tenet wanted the agent to say (even if it was untrue) then the agent knew they wouldn't be doing the daily briefing the next morning.

Meh, it's just as likely it was the Mafia because they were pissed at JFK for appointing his brother, Bobby, AG since Bobby hated Jimmy Hoffa and made it clear he was going to get Hoffa come hell or high water.

At least he wasn't one of the geniuses who were certain Hillary was going to win in a landslide.

Meh, Trump supporters know that Trump was just ridiculing Hillary for deleting her 33,000 emails by saying maybe the Russians can find them and we know that you and the rest of the Dumocrats know that too.

This proves you are either a bald faced liar or an idiot, either of which deems anything else you write irrelevant.
