I try to ignore such things, tell myself that anyone can be a shitbag and that I’m only noticing it more with a particular group, but ...

I was at a new restaurant the other night. The table next to us had four people. They sent back an order and kept that waiter working like a rented mule. Then one lady, after eating 2/3rds of her plate, said she didn’t like it; she wanted to speak with the manager and after some discussion he offered to make her any other entree. After she ate part of that (then boxed the rest to go) she complained about the bill. The waiter went back to the kitchen and came back out to tell them they had taken that item off the bill. I have little doubt that he got stiffed on the tip.

I’ll give you three guesses as to the ethnicity of the table, but you’ll only need one.
