Re: Jindal is out of touch - CNBC

He was just on Mad Money, sounded really sharp, impressed Cranmer, and represented Louisiana well. Potential there for him to be a true domestic energy champion nationally. For those that missed it I recommend watching the rerun.

Just watched it too.
Had a very positive tone and was a excellent at explaining how lower energy costs can affect other industries.

It's not that he's not smart. Obviously he is.
I would say it's because the hypocrisy bleeds out of him more so than your normal politician, and that he and/or his campaign hailed him as this savior of Louisiana when in reality, he's been much more concerned with his national standing.
That is all.
Is he better than Blanco, et al, sure. Without a question.
I'll say this, though, Blanco, for all her faults, didn't hide behind her desk when the local/state media called nearly as much as Jindal does.

Think about this. The number complaint I read about Jindal is that he is so great that we want him to spend more time with us.
Kinda odd.

Umm...not. More like people just wish he'd be visible and accessible when the legislature is actually in session.
I'll add this. He's make a great bureaucrat in a GOP Presidential Administration or a good US Rep again where he's 1 of 435 votes. Not Presidential material. Not at all.

Yep. Only people who can have criticisms about Jindal.

As long as he wasn't talking about how great a job he's done in balancing the state's budget. Robbing Peter to pay Paul isn't the best financial advice (although Cramer's dumb arse might well endorse it).

Selling off capital assets to pay current operating expenses ain't exactly smart. Wait, that's the Bain Capital formula for success.
