I do believe that, unlike some, turbeauxdog at least tries to evaluate it honestly and objectively (we are all biased to some degree).

But that aside, what I find most ridiculous is that this report had been out for 4 months, and the NYT story (which has been misrepresented), had been out for 6 weeks before Trump's tweets.

So why are all of his supporters making this argument, when they had the same information available for a long time before his tweets? And when it was clear that the NYT article didn't support his specific claims, why did they not question his misinterpretation of that?
