When asked what he thought of McCain speech overseas, he said with McCain it is personal since his foreign policy and Trump's are the complete opposite.

He said he is happy that McCain in not in charge because all he knows is how to start wars, pull out quickly, remove dictators and nation building.

He mentioned his quaqmires in Iraq, Syria, Libya etc.. He was glad that guy (along with his buddy John Bolton) are not in charge.

Yeah that's pretty much where political careers go to die. If he still has higher aspirations he'd be better off staying out of the leadership.

I wish people in this country weren't so damn stupid. He'd be president right now.
I wish Rand would bulk up, take acting lessons and visit a psychiatrist to learn how to stop sounding whiney in a debate and how to selectively and strategically attack his opponent to draw blood in a debate. Rand needs to be highly skilled and effective in communicating strength on-cameera when his next opportunity to run for president arises. He could be a great president for this country if only he can learn how to comes across as a strong leader AND as an intellectual.

Gotta do something with his hair, too. Sorry, but that's just modern politics.

Rand and the Freedom Party Caucus --especially Jim Jordon-- are the only ones working for America and Trumps agenda.

Jim Jordon is loudly speaking up against the GOPe sitting on their hands.

His hair is fine I recall when I first heard Rand Paul speak a long time ago. I remember thinking how brilliant he was.

In the primaries he was against Trump naturally.

Outside of primaries he is more with Trump than neocon cucks of the GOPe.

How did Bolton go from an Ambassador to a republican FP expert? I admit he sounds sharp and I haven't seen like others...that he is a McCain warhawk GOPe'er.

I loved how Paul slammed Dark State whore McCain. McCain has over and over supported our troops being in contact when that could not possibly help us. Lindsey Graham is the same sort of shill.

RAND.

He's easily my favorite republican senator and I honestly and feverishly hope he will be POTUS one day.

He would be the second coming of Calvin Coolidge who is easily one of the GOAT presidents.

Nah.

RAND is just not a butthurt neocon loudmouth who's pissed he isn't getting more wars in the Mideast and war with Russia.

If you yourself defending someone like McCain, I suggest you reevaluate your positions.

McCains voted for tons of wars and then voted against pay raises and other helpful benefits for military members.

He's so bad that he's single handedly chicken hawking away his own war record.

It was quite apparent in the primary you had Trump, Rand, and Cruz on one side. Then you had the GOPe on the other who were going to keep everything the same and nation build.

Trump, Rand, and Cruz are the people conservatives should rally around. I know they had there moments against each other, but they are definitely a lot closer to each other than the rest of the leadership in the Republican party. They are also leaders willing to take on the crazy liberal machine.

Throughout Obama's tenure McCain and Graham advocated replicating the same kind of useless blood bath for our guys in Syria that was so patently unsuccessful in Iraq.

They are totally outed as working against the oath they took. It is what we have to support the president in breaking up.

No. His mistake is that he picked the wrong running mate. Who would known 8 years later we'd have the male version of Palin in the White House.
