Paul, the HFC, and retired Jim DeMint, are the only ones I trust.

Cruz isn't a HFC member anyone know why?

I trust Paul and Cruz in the Senate and Massie and Amash in the House.

Because he's not a member of the House?

Anything that makes NATO bigger and stronger and increases our military burden to yet another foreign country is not something I support. The current levels they're at right now is barely, just barely acceptable to me for the short term.

Thanks. I forgot about that. Overall the caucus' are becoming ridiculous. What would happen if they formed a white congressional caucus?

He should be POTUS. His dad has ruined his national brand.

Ben Sasse is a pretty cool dude regardless of his politics. Rare.

How so? I don't find that to be the case.

Ron Paul would not endorse the GOP candidate in 2008 or 2012. He also sued the RNC.

There are other things he has said and done to hurt the GOP.

So what? Why should Ron Paul endorse a party fundamentally opposed to his principles? The GOP nominees in 2008 and 2012 were war loving, neoconservative shills.

He's right on just about everything. Can't understand how people can be so stupid as to continue to spend billions of dollars and thousands of lives being the world's policeman.

And now Trump want to SPEND EVEN MORE on the military, as if we aren't already spending FAR too much. People seem to support the U.S. military like they support sports teams.

Time to cut the military by 50%, pull in all troops overseas and let the rest of the world do as they like.

So Ron thinks for himself and that hurts the GOP? That seems logical in this political climate.

Maybe because HFC stands for HOUSE Freedom Caucus and Cruz isn't in the House of Representatives.

Rand Paul can go frick himself.

He has ZERO desire to negotiate with anyone. That's no way to govern.

Yeah. That's what made Ron. Rand fell in line with the GOP a lot more than his father. Rand could still be good but when compared to his father I feel a bit disappointed.
