Repeal and vote out all liberals who voted for it.

Their ideas do not work.

re: Quick Poll: Mend it or End it?
It is a tricky proposition.

The Republicans need to make sure that they are seen as servants to the American people here.

They need to be in on a real fix, but they need to outline what these fixes do.

For example if they let people keep their old coverages (if that is possible) then what will it do to the deficit?

Remember Obama said that Obamacare would not add a dime to the deficit? If it does, Republicans can use Obama's own words to block cosmetic changes and then let the American people vote next November as to what they decide to do about this huge mess.

End it!!

Repeal and replace with more competition and less govt involvement.

ETA: if the insurance companies complain then deregulate to the point of individuals negotiating their own plans with their primary doctor and local hospital DIRECTLY...(Call it a self insurance waiver)

Repeal.

It cannot be fixed because it, by it's nature, is going to cause all policy premiums to increase at ridiculous rates.

re: Quick Poll: Mend it or End it?
Suppose Congress voted to repeal Obamacare today, and the President signed the bill. What would people do for insurance in 2014? The cancelled plans are extinct. They cannot be restored. The insurance plans designed for Obamacare are pretty much the only plausible replacement plans available as they are the only plans approved by the state regulators. And they are not affordable without the subsidies for many people whose prior plans are extinct.

Repeal requires a remedy for 2014, and the remedy will be expensive for the government, which really means it will be expensive for the taxpayers. What do you do with the people who signed up for the expanded Medicaid who would lose eligibility with repeal of Obamacare? What about people over the age limits for catastrophic care plans who would like nothing more than catastrophic care coverage? Those policies do not exist.
