I don't think it was done lightly.
A while back we had -for the first time- both China and Russia signing on to stronger sanctions on NK. Over the past few weeks we've seen China shut down any banking dealings with NK which was soon followed by the closing of any NK businesses within China's borders.
What I am guessing we are seeing is the outward outcomes of the failures of private negotiations that have been going on between NK and Russia/China. The more they distance themselves from Lil' Kim, the more Rocketman must be resisting them in private.

I said hopefully because action needs to be taken re: NK. Problem is, we wont do anything unless its retaliatory.
As soon as they do something, we can wipe them off the map.

NK being nuclear capable of harming homeland America is imminent.
When that happens, they will attack eventually. If/when people are going to die, I'd rather it not be our Americans here at home.
