I know it's a cliché, but do these protesters work?

These assholes better not screw up the Greek Theatre. But they can damage Lioneld's parking meters all they want.

I know we can't get an answer from them, but what the hell do they get out of this? Are they going to wake up on Saturday and say "we did it yesterday!"?

It is probably a bunch of students, some professors, and few homeless/panhandlers. Nobody important.

Oh well then nothing big to worry about, surprised they did not start at George's. But then again those lazy asses don't want to walk up the hill.

They usually will make their way to the Greek Theater down Dickson with these types of things.

There's a group called the "Socialist Alternative", and the ever-present "Omni Center for Peace, Justice & Ecology" (lol) who runs a community radio station. They're no doubt behind all of it.

I know that is why I am surprised they did not start at George's, shorter walk.

If the WCSO or FPD decides they want to have fun today, oh lordy. I love how the FPD decides to flex its muscle for no reason at times.

It is a shame the Greek Theatre is now an end spot for stupid things like this. I guess it is since I grew up there and went to a lot of things there, but that place is something of a special place to me, more so than Ole Main since not an alum.
