re: Pro life conservatives - would you accept this deal (hypothetical)

I think the Church should give up its tax exempt status voluntarily so that it isn't at all constrained by it.

I would trade gay marriage for overturning RvW.
Living with sexual deviants (consider the meaning of the words before you blow your top) is not good for kids, but it's better than being slain in the womb. I still think any society that says that men marrying men is equal to real marriage is destined for bad things, but I know that our society is probably too far gone to save at this point, at least in broad terms. From the rubble the truth will rise and remain, but there will have to be rubble, I'm afraid.

That's an easy one. Yes.

Would you take that deal?

It is a silly scenario, but I'd choose life over the other two issues. So yes I'd take the deal.

I'd say yes to this, payments start once the rapist is convicted and sentenced, payments cease if the conviction is ever overturned (during pregnancy).

For any couple wanting to adopt a baby who would otherwise have been aborted they could pay for the pregnancy (or parts, we can discuss) in exchange for the mother never being allowed to find and contact the child.

As far as gay marriage allowed, get government out of marriage. Gays adopting? Well I'm not fond of that idea, given my stance a huge portion of homosexuality cases are behavioral but hell, anything is better than killing babies.

Religious orgs lose their tax exempt status? Just Christians or all religions?

Either way that problem will be solved when we move to a consumption tax!

Yes, I would take this deal. I feel that strongly that human life begins at the moment of conception.

NO. Roe v. Wade was incorrectly decided. Pro-abortion libtards would you accept this deal. Here in Texas we will outlaw abortion and homosexual activity (again). And when a federal court says they don't like it we will thank them for their input and do as we please. When they send federal law enforcement to attempt to coerce compliance we'll let them leave unharmed (the first time). After that, don't come back.

No.

If you will compromise on your most sacred beliefs, why stand for anything at all?

So...there will be no more gays in Texass, or do you foresee filling jails with homosexuals?
