When and where did they admit that, because it's certainly not a part of anything you've linked or quoted
His statement isn't true, because more women are against abortion now.
Women are slightly more likely than men to say abortion should be legal in all or most cases (55% vs. 52%).
Society is not convincing them. They are convincing themselves!
Not true. We would not have evolved as a species if the natural instinct of mothers was to kill their offspring if their lives were going to be inconvenienced. Our culture has turned women against their natural maternal instincts.
the ability to easily rid yourself of a pregnancy is a relatively new phenomena. And birth rates in western countries are declining.
Women actually take a stronger pro-life view than men with 24 percent of American women wanting all abortions made illegal and 36 percent wanting almost all illegal, compared with 19 percent of men who want to ban all abortions and 42 percent of men who want to prohibit almost all.
Ever read the Hippocratic Oath? Look at abortion and infanticide in the Roman Empire. It has been going on for a long time. Babies were placed in a situation of "exposure" after they were born if they were not wanted and it was morally acceptable.
All of that began to change around 2,000 ago and the relatively new phenomena is changing the value system back to what it once was. You can figure out on your own what brought the initial change and you can also probably figure out why the "new phenomena" has begun to occur since the 1960's.
24% of women want all abortions made illegal
19% of men want all abortions made illegal.
That is more women than men that want all abortions made illegal.
The poll was a CNN poll posted on Lifenews.
quote:So a boss/subordinate relationship alters an individuals access to basic human rights?
Yet a fetus can be a human life without having the same rights as the woman in whose body it resides. She’s the boss.
A fetus is a fetus. A baby is a baby.
A non-autonomous entity =/= a baby.
And Liberals who are pro choice (the "they" you reference in your thread title) aren't killing anyone, let alone babies, unless they are actually performing the abortion themselves.
Steaming pile of rhetoric is what this is.
quote:Ethics does not have the ability to choose. People make choices based on their ethics. And ethics evolve over time. I'm still waiting for someone to reconcile why slavery is wrong because one human should not have control over another, but abortion is okay although females are granted the ultimate control over humans in the womb.
Ethics favors the person, not the non-person.
quote:A dog is not a person either, but we have laws against killing dogs. Louisiana laws define homocide as the killing of a human being not the killing of a person. Why is that?
A "human life" is not a person
How can anyone think that that Pro-Choicers care anything at all about children?
