This is really true though. I have 2 employees who have worked for me all summer. One white girl who has almost a 4 pt. in pre-pharmacy has 80 hours in college. Has no money, no family to help her. She failed to get AA financial aid. She might not go back next week. Has $15,000 in loan debt already. Another cashier can not speak correct grammar, has incorrect sentence structure, can't add 3 grocery items prices together, can not divide prices to get a sale price, made C's and D's in her first two years. She is Black and got an AA grant. Pays nothing for college. Starts the 20 something. Is that right? The girl with a 4 pt. deserves it.
