Here is a video of the 2nd shooting in St. Louis. It's pretty disturbing but relevant to all the stuff that's going on.

Like the guy with the camera said, they could have tased him or shot him in the leg. But to gun him down like that?

He stole those 2 drinks from the Indian guy in the store and went and stood outside to wait for the cops. He was looking for trouble.

I love and respect law enforcement but that seemed to me to be excessive force.
Now granted, I don't know the situation..why did they not have tasers to use? Are these cops not issued them? Are they trained to pull guns when it's a deadly weapon instead of the taser?
Once this video get's out, which it has, that entire area is going to explode.

Only point your firearm at someone you are willing to shoot.
Only pull the trigger with the intent to kill. Don't do that movie BS.
Now, we can discuss the DECISION to shoot. But, once you decide to shoot...center mass, grouped, fire until the threat is 'neutralized'.
Again...not saying whether or not I think it should have happened this way.
