Absolutely he has been. Why didn't Trump wait for that investigation to finish and give recommendations before firing him? Usually you wait for reports to be finalized before taking action.

This has been public knowledge for a while. It's pretty obvious which posters don't know what is actually happening in the world.
Why didn't Trump wait for this investigation to finish and maybe use that as the reason to fire Comey? Why did he have to fire him the week subpoenas were confirmed and that Comey may have demanded more resources for the Russian investigation? Timing is really odd, huh?
