Roberts concluded that withholding all medicaid funds to states that refused medicaid expansion was unlawful commandeering. If he's consistent, he'd rule against Trump

I'm skeptical of everything that reports 45-55% in any direction, but something like this makes it easy to guess mostly-popular opinion.

Medicaid isn't the sole constitutional power of the federal Govt. Immigration is
