Enough already with the extreme drama...

"I'm not watching the inauguration". Funny how many people are going out of their way to express this WITHOUT being asked about it.

If you don't want to watch, then don't. You don't have to keep shoving it in other people's faces.

Trump is the most polarizing president in history. You cant deny that. People that like him love him.people that hate him, hate him. There isnt many in between.

I think between Trump and Obama, you easily have the two most polarizing presidents in history, IMO.

Agreed. Really our last 3 presidents have been polarizing.

Sure. He's so far above and beyond the one whose election wound up costing over 600,000 American lives.

You got what you asked for.....a president who acts different than every other president. Why are you surprised when the reactions to him are different?

IMO this protesting/pouting is way over the top, but I completely understand why it's happening. Have you forgotten that Trump denied the legitimacy of Obama's presidency? Or that he taunted his "enemies" including those from his own party in his New Years tweet? I mean: this is exactly how he acts 24/7.

You reap what you sow. You asked for a "Troll in Chief." You got him. And now you're mad because people don't react to him like they do other presidents?

Heading into office no president is more polarizing than Trump.

Which president are you blaming for 600,000 dead americans?

Really? I don't recall republicans smashing windows in dc, blocking metro exits so people can't reach to the inauguration, and destroying personal property. Because your candidate lost, isn't an excure for anarchy. The left is creating a violent situation in this country.

I'm kind of in between. I don't necessarily like him, but I don't hate him. I definitely don't think that he is the mad-man that a lot of people are making him out to be.

We as a society have grown more polarized. I've read articles where blame is placed on the internet - people surround themselves on social media with people that think like them, only seek out media that confirms their own beliefs, etc. When all you hear is how great your beliefs are and how bad/evil the other side is then that affects you.

Living in bubbles has made us more angry.

Seriously?

Lincoln was pretty damn polarizing. His election wound up prompting the Civil War.
