If by rhetoric you mean being strong and not taking shite from a dictator launching missiles or starving his own people, than yes.

Trump has made more progress in getting the world to take NOKO serious in 6 months than the last 3 Presidents did in 24 years . That's a fact..

Yes, I think the rhetoric of "hey we ARE the super power and we'll frick people up if they mess with us" is helpful in keeping the peace.

Sane people see that point.

A lot of people on here don't understand the "peace through strength" mantra because they have never seen it work like many of us have.

NO doubt these are the pussies who when in school they couldn't figure out that when the bully showed up day one and demanded your lunch money, you didn't go to the teacher, you punched the bully in the nose, and on day two, he didn't try to get your lunch money.

Reading comprehension, it may be time to realize you missed the mark on this one.

That's actually somewhat constructive.

I was thinking of what Kim Jong Un unprecedentedly wrote to the world the other day, and I thought @real was referring to the possibility of the NK Foreign Minister echoing those thoughts. Further, I don't know what the NKFM said that might have been different than what Kim wrote, and @real didn't tweet any specifics. It also didn't occur to me that the NKFM would not be "speaking for Kim" before the U.N.

At best, it was just a redundant tweet containing no new information, just another insult and threat like all the ones before it.

NM, didn't realize the thread blew up. Not trying to pile on.

Have fun with this thread either way.

It's working wonders with North Korea so far.

It's pitiable that you see everything in terms of kids on a playground. It's scary that the president does, too.

Not to mention the Iranians, who just tested what they claim is a MIRV-capable missile. Just a day or two ago before, some dope here crowed about @real shutting down NK's missile program.

I believe that may actually be a DNC mandate to it's core.

The DNC would rather we not mention Iran and its nuclear capabilities. Or the funding we provided.

You're a complete fricking idiot. If nothing else, Trump has shown great restraint in preventing a nuclear war. Why do you have your head up your arse?

What the frick are you going on about?

Bullies AND their targets begin as children. A grown arse adult doesn't suddenly just become a bully or the target of a bully. So it is ENTIRELY appropriate to suggest that those adults who don't know how to handle bullies didn't learn how to do so when they were children.

Your stupid comment would be like me saying "it is stupid to say that an adult who can't parallel park obviously didn't learn to parallel park as a teenager" when obvious as frick , learning to parallel park is part of learning to drive which most fricking people do as teenagers.

Don't yall get embarrassed by how stupid you are?
