Checking the sec of state website, virtually all precincts have reported except 200 out of 366 in Orleans parish; what possible explanation can there be for why it takes so long to count the (dead) votes in one parish?

Is this the first time they've gotten their numbers in this early?

Happens in every single state. Big cities run by democrats wait until the rest of the vote is in to see what they nneed.
