im sorry but anyone fighting against our military despite being an American citizen is one of the biggest middle fingers someone can do to America and therefore deserves no rights carried with our citizenship.
Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution defines treason and the requirements for conviction of treason. Specifically, "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."
Please explain how this supposed policy meets the requirement of an open court with the testimony of two witnesses, or a confession?
It is one thing for someone to be killed in routine military operations, but to claim targeted killings are routine military operations is ridiculous given the need for an exceptional policy to cover just such events.
