Obama's golf outing forces soldiers to relocate wedding

Knowing the Obamas spend their Christmas vacation there, the pair had invited the president to attend their ceremony. Not surprisingly, they received a letter on Saturday morning from the White House saying the commander in chief regretfully could not attend and wishing them well. More troubling, however, was when hours later, during their wedding rehearsal, the couple was informed they'd have to move the ceremony because the president was playing there.

Don't have weddings on golf courses.
Why make the drive any longer?
How can you stop at the 19th hole without being nagged to death?

Things Zach likes more than bashing Obama:
1. Golf, but it's too cold. My temp limit is 50 degrees at sunrise.
2. College football...but not after 8 p.m.
3. Godzilla movies from the 1960s. And speaking of more recent movies how come they never show "Amadeus" on any TV channels?
4. Dogs...especially black labs. The wife likes small monkeys behaving badly. They are kind of funny.
5. My barristas at Starbucks. They give me free drinks all the time because they love me.

First of all, Obama was unaware of the wedding. When he found out about it he called and apologized. Gee, what an a-hole. Some of you guys need help.

Did you read the text in the OP? Obama was invited and declined the invitation. Do you have a link to your assertion ?

i assume that's a public course since it's on a military base, so they (the couple) have no control over who gets on the course and when ... not defending their response to obama's golf outing, tho they have to have known it was a possibility he would play there and cause their wedding to be moved ...

Although this doesn't look very good for Obama (or moreso the course), I highly doubt he was even made aware of the invitation to the wedding. I'm sure he gets a lot of invitations to weddings and other events and some intern or staffer declines the invites for him.
