Obama Issues Statement On Otto Warmbier After Being Blasted By Donald Trump

Doesn't seem to coincide with the father of Otto statements.
Best I recall he pretty much no commented followed by he got no help followed by he could not get any responses from State or Executive office.
Maybe I just heard it wrong, surely Obarry wouldn't lie.
