Yes he does.

You can't deny he has out maneuvered Republicans over the last month.

He's pretty much had cooperation from Republican leadership on all of this.

ETA: Except appointments, which was rookie republican incompetence. Which is pretty funny to.

This means nothing when he gets his way on every issue.

The GOP won't shutdown the government again or defund his amnesty program or Obamacare so what's your point? Cruz helped him pass a surgeon general and 20 plus judges this past weekend? In the meantime, Russia is faltering and he has changed the story to Cuba. Did I mention they passed a omnibus spending bill coving all his initiatives?

39% Who cares when you're gutting the GOP.

ETA: Before you know it SEC Crazy will be able to marry a man in Alabama.

So 61 percent of America doesnt approve of him getting his way, mostly through EO, and you're telling us that doesn't matter? After a landslide midterm in which all republicans who won ran pretty much against Obama's policies and dictator like governing I'd have to disagree with you.

Yea it means something lib, you are just to d
blind or dumb to see it.

It means him and his party has lost the trust of the average American because he and you libs keep thumbing your nose at the desires of the people.

The people have not and never wanted Obamacare, but you libs know what's best for everyone, hence the American people despise this president and you libs for your uppity, we know better than you attitude.

The American people want qualified people in government, not partisan hacks, they understand the S. General is a partisan hack.

The American people understand that Obama and the libs lied to them about keeping their doctor and health care, the American people understand that Obama thumbed his nose at the constitution and created havoc on the border with his policies. The American people are/were against his Executive Orders.

Do you even know why the Congress cant use the power of the purse anymore to keep spending in check ? It doesn't have a damn thing to do with this president, it is the liberal press that always LIES and cries they are shutting down the government, it has nothing to do with this petty, ignorant SOB.

The Republican Congress ( rightly so imho ) are hoping to show good governance and gain the presidency in 2016 in order to gut Obamacare, or hoping the SCOTUS will gut Obamacare this summer and take care of the problem for them.

I understand you are spouting off, but in reality you was hoping for a government shutdown to change the tide ( SUCK IT ) and you are REALLY ANGRY you didn't get it.

By being a stubborn liar your president and party has alienated the average American joe from your party.

I'm pissed at the GOP for not fighting this more to get some compromise, but I can understand not rocking the boat right now until they gain both chambers in January.

Judges Appointments/ Surgeon General

Nothing the GOP could do with a D controlled Senate and Reids nuclear option

They are waiting on the SCOTUS ruling in the spring before they try to gut that law imo. If SCOTUS rules that subsidies don't apply to people in states without a state exchange, it makes the ACA useless and that allows the GOP to come in and propose a fix.

It's not his agenda. It's the Washington agenda and both parties are in on it.

Agreed. While they say things to sound "conservative", they really only represent the needs of big corporations so I wouldn't expect much in 2015.

Really? 39%? Bush was averaging in the mid 30's at this point and you think he was a successful president. You're wrong there and I think you're wrong about Obama.

Let's check if you're lying shall we?

gallup 43%
Rassmussen 47%
CNN 44%
Quinnipiac 39%
ARG 44%
NBC 44%
Pew 43%
Dem Corp 45%
Fox 41%

Now why was it with all those polls, you chose the ONLY one with less than 40?

I say you're a liar. And so do the polls.

He won't be appreciated until he has been out of office for a few years. The guy has done a great job despite what the critics on this board think. History will treat him kindly.
