She admitted she was personally involved in reading the intelligence on Trump and his people. I don't know if her job grants her that access or whether it is a part of her normal duties. In any case, she admitted to being involved in the conspiracy to "spread intelligence around" in order to "keep it safe from Trump once he took power." She also mentioned how she and her comrades were trying to get as much info as possible "to the Hill" (i.e., to Democrats).
However, she did not say she was a leaker. She only said "People were worried, that's why they leaked to the press." This means she probably has a very good idea who the leakers were. She needs to be called to testify.
