Ironic that they ignore Chicago deaths, but find the PD to be guilty
This admin has ignored Chicago. How many killing have happened on his watch. Now he is trying to convince the people that the PD uses excessive force? It looks like there IS NO Police there.... how are they using excessive force?

If you don't think that report is disturbing you didn't read it.
Example: Chicago PD is REQUIRED by the police union to allow officers to be coached by union attorneys during recorded misconduct interviews, AND they are required to stop recording the interviews while the coaching happens.

Why is this a bad thing? It's a city that's been run by Dems for decades. Hell, CPD had a "black site" that they would use for interrogations.

Anybody that has an IQ of 50 and up understands this:
1-468 murders in Chicago in 2015
2-2,900 shootings in 2015..
OF ALL SHOOTINGS, the PD killed 9 people.
In 2016... the number of shooting went up from 2,900 in 2015 to 4379!
Murders.. 714 in 2016.
PD killed 11 people.
Of those 4379 people shot, 14 were by police.
Yet Shitcago has a Police Excessive force issue?

When the mob was in control they didn't kill a fraction of the people that is dieing now, yet the government went all out to stop them. Now they just sit in silence hoping they will kill themselves out. It's a shame a black president that set for 8 years never did a damn thing for blacks but cause more of their deaths.

Obama has made a series of überstupid moves to end his Presidency.
Every one of them can be undone.
If/when they are, significant fanfare will accompany each individual undoing. It is potential fuel for Trump momentum. Trump will be able to pull one of these out of his pocket at will.
In essence it is Obama inexplicably laying himself prostrate on the tracks of an oncoming Trump train.
