Like most dead tree media, NYT is having problems...
from my viewpoint what they're doing is helping to ensure Trump 2020...

So is Lewis the new "face" of the party that will take Obama's place? You know, someone who no one else can criticize no matter how outlandish their comments may be? Simply stating that Lewis' comments are wrong will get you labeled as (insert the SJW theme)..

Statement is irrefutable. Lewis has been stealing his salary for many decades. His list of legislative accomplishments is largely for commemorative items.

Liberal Logic: Lewis due to his civil rights work is immune from criticism decades later on an unrelated topic.
