Nunes on WH grounds day before secret intel about Trump

House republicans continue to show unmitigated stupidity. How does he not think people would trace this back to the administration?

I don't know much about congressional investigations, but it sure seems like he has a conflict of interest and isn't independent of what is being investigated.
When I was doing fraud and IT audits, we had to certify ourselves as independent for each investigation
