I think it's a joke but funny none the less.

Well, that's pretty accurate if it's Minden. But here in Bossier we're OK.

My favorite part is saying that all of the Red Cross materials were made from North Korean resources.

Oh, and the fact that those scenes are very obviously from Europe.

re: North Korean Propaganda video
What is sad is that the North Koreans speak from experience. I met a defector from NOrth Korea when I was in the Army in the 1980's. When he was asked about the difference between North and South Korea his answer was that the pigeons in South Korea were not afraid of humans. In North Korea they hunt pigeons for food. So the North Korean people are likely to believe the propaganda.

Yep, they are so brain washed that there will never be an overthrow of the Government, either by the population or another government. China does just enough to stay on their side so that they don't have to deal with the refugees. So very sad...

Yeah, if only Minden could be the metropolis that is Bossier City.

Minden is clean, no crime, has some beautiful neighborhoods, and a surprising amount of old money. It's downfall is that it's boring as hell and there aren't any respectable schools in Webster Parish. But the irony of a Bossier resident implying Minden is the slums is rich.

You're right. Minden people never seem to show up in the arrest records published in The Inquisitor. But damned if there aren't lots of young white guys from Haughton, living in trailer parks and getting arrested for beating up their woman.
