Is North Carolina in Russia?

well actually...

quote:

Saratov, Russia was founded in 1590 and is a provincial capital located 450 miles southeast of Moscow along the Volga River. Since 1992, residents of Chapel Hill and Carrboro have worked closely with our Sister City Saratov to enhance the relationship between our countries, chiefly by fostering interpersonal communication and technical, medical, educational, and financial assistance.

The Chapel Hill Museum's exhibit on Saratov displays traditional crafts, glassware, and other items from the city.

So, the Russians didn't do it. How shocking. But our media think that WikiLeaks is the Russians- like idiots or fools lying for hack Brenana and Obama?
