I'd love for YOU, of all people on here, to try to explain to me how NAFTA has failed. Don't go running to some partisan website to fill the thread with a bunch of links. Use that big ole brain of yours and articulate your view for once, rather than spouting off nonsense like you normally do.
First off all, just because I have a strong opinion on these boards and am female. Do not utilize this in your debate to ass
ume my ignorance, as you clearly did. Nor should you dare assume I am always partisan. I despise both political parties and some punk pseudo intellectual kid, that was probably 10 when Clinton started this downgrade of America in 1993. Is not going to try to school me from their liberal college talking points they think they are so astute at. Nor will it work to post to me as inferior to your intellect just because I am not progressive and am a female. If I assumed these things about you, incorrectly; too bad, so fricking sad. I am giving you the dish you dealt.
I despise Obama and his actions and am wise and unfortunately old enough to fully realize what he is doing. More so, than some cocky punk, college kid.
There quite simply isn't the time to faux debate as you do with your one liner liberal teachings of faux intelligence of "gotchas". You have not "GOTCHAED" anybody with your progressive, fake moderate, crap. So posting the political news articles as I do, cuts to the chase; that a lot of wise adults on this forum GET. If you don't like it, too bad.
Prior to NAFTA, American corporations were not allowed to move their manufacturing overseas. Former trade protections prior to NAFTA made doing so very unprofitable. Business and corporations avoid workers comp, health insurance, unions, retirement plans.
When is the last time you had to call customer service for anything? Time Warner Cable, Direct TV , Citi Mortgage, just to name very few. And more likely than not you will hear a foreign barely understandable Indian voice on the other end.
NAFTA is the core cancer to our economic woes. NAFTA started the process of making stock holders and fat cats very wealthy while cutting the once good paying job that provided a good pension and benefits. Why pay one man good for what you can pay eight, overseas? The only political person that I know of that has ever spoken out on NAFTA being a cancer; somewhat like I have described, is Ron Paul.
