Hillary spent $1.5 Billion including hundreds of millions in negative ads against Trump in battleground states but she lost because the Russians put up some fake news sites and had bots commenting on articles.
Russians played everyone honestly. No matter who won 1/2 the country was going to question the legitimacy of the election.
