NO BS...someone please explain what "Russia interfered with our elections" actually means

Jesus tap dancing Christ for 10 months this all I have heard. What the frick does this actually mean?
I know I heard that they did NOT change or alter votes.
The only other thing I have heard is that the Russians had Facebook posts sent out on a somewhat grand scale aka a propoganda war.
Is that really it, fake memes and Facebook posts?
Please tell me there is more to it. Please oh please tell me there is more.
Even Fox doesn't get their guests to expound upon what was the "Russian interference".

Hackers modified state election databases so if you were in dem area, your name on your id no longer matches spelling on database. Cant vote.

It means Russia actively attempted to influence our election by using things like fake news articles that were referenced by "legitimate" news sources and candidates. There were also numerous attempts to exploit various pieces of equipment and software associated with the election. None of this is new, which makes it so odd for continued denial.
There are multiple unclassified reports on this. Try reading those.

It means they (allegedly) released communications of citizens involved in the private organization DNC that painted those individuals in a poor light. Some facebook propaganda too.
That is pretty much it. Russia ran some weak arse interference plays that could have been made by a bunch of college kids.
Mostly it is because it was Her turn and something about allowing racism and bigotry to rule once more over the USA.

Wouldn't those people have been able to cast a provisional ballot and settle the matter post-election?
Provisional ballot are one the reasons elections take a little while to certify.

I don't think Russia did any meaningful interference that directly impacted the outcome of the election, but I'll shed precisely zero tears if this administration gets tanked because of the investigation.
