Breitbart, you were warned snowflakes
Good
quote:
American Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley announced Monday that her country and a list of nearly forty others would not participate in a meeting to pass an international nuclear weapons ban, calling the proposal “naive” and warning that “bad actors” like North Korea would take advantage of it.
quote:
“To ban nuclear weapons now would make us and our allies more vulnerable, and would strengthen bad actors like North Korea and Iran who would not abide by it.” “There is nothing I want more for my family than a world with no nuclear weapons. But we have to be realistic,” Haley continued. “Is there anyone that believes that North Korea would agree to a ban on nuclear weapons?”
Good

What is the realistic consequence to someone violating the ban? They have a nuke.

There were plenty of butthurt Trump supporters bashing her throughout the primary and getting downright racist towards her and it still continued to some degree after Trump gave her the UN job.
I wish she could be Governor here in Louisiana.

I was kinda "meh" about her until I was involved in a rather in depth conversation with her husband about all kinds of stuff.
Alcohol may or may not have been involved
ETA: Not so subtle brag.

Straw man much?
We just don't think women belong in armed combat positions and serve alongside male units and it takes a truly exceptional woman to be a natural and great leader that honestly its not worth the effort to find them.

Hands are wringing all over Turtle Bay.

quote:I honestly did not like her when she first became Governor in S. Carolina. some issues i thought she was dead wrong on and possibly dirty. I completely flipped by her second term. She is a great leader and was a fantastic Governor. She is battle tested as Governor (Emanuel 9, Confederate Flag (some will hater her for that but it was time for it to come down), Floods and Hurricanes) and now with foreign policy experience she has to be the front runner to be the next republican nominee for president.
I wish she could be Governor here in Louisiana.

There was a thread on here just days ago about how women shouldn't be allowed to serve in Congress. Condoleezza Rice and Nikki Haley show that women are just as capable as men. There are plenty of female CEO's and such as well. We don't live in the 1800's. Women are educated, own property, own guns, own businesses and all of that good stuff. As my wife says, you may as well get used to it.

Seriously? I mean it's one thing to debate inclusion of women in combat roles for a variety of reasons, but women shouldn't be allowed to serve in Congress?
What kind of tards supported that shite?

Not bad for an ambassador with a pron name.

Like I said, it takes a truly exceptional and brilliant woman to compete with men in the business of leadership and governing and if she's got it, well then she's got it.
They are few and far between and its FTR why we should typically stay away from them until they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they have what it takes.

Nuclear weapons are what keeps peace in the world. There's a reason we haven't had ww3.
