Exactly. When this BS first started, I remember 4 or 5 cameramen in front of CK or whomever waiting to see what they would do so they. I guess they thought it would bring interest and viewers...which it did.

Obviously they didn't see the shite storm coming that it eventually caused.

saw David Garrard at the Jags game. He sits in our section with his beautiful wife and rambunctious kids. He stood for the anthem. He's a genuinely good dude. His girls go to the same school my son does. Great family man and Christian.

I'm trying to think of how this is relevant. Are you trying to say you saw a black guy who doesn't kneel? I dont really understand what you're going for there

So you don't want to make the case, you just want to act like you, and they, have one. Got it.

Does the listening go both ways here? Does anyone listen when they are told that white people are in fact more likely to be shot and killed by the police than black people are? Does the fact that police violence and death by the police statistically doesn't even exist compared to black violence and death perpetrated by other black people? Does the fact that black people kill white people at an exponential rate of white people killing black people become irrelevant the moment someone cites racism?

It's all bullshite. No amount of listening to bullshite is going to do a thing to make the perceived problems any better, as long as the stated reasons for the problem are bullshite!

David is a good dude. Let's leave it at that.

You said we should listen to the kneelers. When can I talk to one?

I'm not pretending like I know anything. That's you you're the one pretending like you know something when you don't have any f****** idea. You've gone on and on and you haven't actually said a single thing

I agree. White people have had it so hard in this country for so long. It's time to kneel!!

What do you mean the NFL is getting what it deserves? They seem to be doing just fine.

I'm not sure. I'm not the spokesperson of people kneeling. I just know there's a group of people that doesn't feel very great about their plight and they want everyone to know and be aware of it. Since we all live together usually we should all listen in moments like that

BS...why does anyone have to "be aware" of their perceived "plight". Get a life, be productive, stay the hell out of trouble and you won't be causing problems for the rest of 'civilized' people. We don't "all live together", as most productive citizens worry first about their own family and don't need handouts for every damn thing to make their lives better! Of course, people like you think you should tell everyone else what they should do since you fricken know it all!

Listening to what? Neither you, nor the NFL kneelers have even attempted to make a case. It's just systemic racism which results in violence and death for people of color. No proof. No argument. What law in this country is racist?

Im all for listening and talking if ee want to be serious about addressing the plight of black people. But nobody in this situation wants to do that, because the discussion begins with personal responsibility. Everyone has do deal with the consequences of their actions, regardless of color.

Black lives matter? Should they matter more to someone of another race than they do to black people? Because black people kill each other at a ridiculous and tragic rate. Is that systemic racism also, or is there some other excuse?

Poverty? Defeating poverty is a simple set of steps. Graduate high school. Get a job. Don't have kids until you're married. Something like 70% of black people who do those things are above the poverty threshold, same as white people.

Someone, somewhere make the case for some real racism, some real oppression. Something other than blaming failure on some unseen, ambiguous force that is making all the problems.

Liberals only care about short term optics. They're terrible at long term price or consequences. See:President Trump

Yep, half full stadiums are only deemed a positive by the WNBA!

Must admit that I'm proud of my country for the first time in my adult life! Just kidding! I have always been proud of America. But I am proud that so many of my fellow Americans reject unpatriotic support of racist BLM and their anti-police agenda!

Question for those who support the kneelers. If they were kneeling in support of the racist KKK and advocated,I don't know let's say, anti-Semitism, would you be so damned complacent?

If the Pentagon would halt its payments to the NFL until it requires all players to stand for the anthem and fines or suspends those that don’t, this problem would disappear.
