quote:So then why do you keep crying about it?
The company decides that. It's their freedom to run their business as they see fit.
And the people can choose not to support said company.
quote:See that's the difference between you and me. I care about freedom and liberty; you care about winning.
Funny how only FIVE people knelt yesterday as oppposed to the many a few weeks ago, huh?
But keep thinking you’re winning.

Yall gonna make me waste time today:
Lambeau yesterday was 100% capacity (78,380)
New Era Field (Bills) was 94% capacity (68,651)
Soldier Field (shite Bears) was 100% capacity (61,625)
US Bank (Vikings) was 91% capacity (66,751)
MetLife Stadium (Giants) was 95% capacity (78,527)
Gillete Stadium (Patriots) was 96% capacity (65,878)
Heinz Field (Steelers) was 100% capacity (65,363)
In other words the NFL is just fine.

Hey trumpkins, how embarrassing is it that his legacy is going to revolve around his feud with the NFL and the wall that will never get built?
Awesome if it cause a collapse of the NFL.
Nothing would make me happier than for all of those uneducated thugs who make millions because they can run fast and catch a ball to be unemployed.
Then college sports can collapse after that for all I care.

You must watch a lot of HGTV while sipping on chamomile tea as your wife pegs you in the arse.

There's only been 6 games this season. If there is a team that is 5-1, then they are probably the best in the league. Pictures were already posted of Jacksonville and Miami.
FWIW, the liberals know NFL attendance and viewership is declining. They know viewership is down. They know sponsors have dropped off and every conceivable measure of popularity of the NFL has dropped. Every single liberal here posting to defend knows this. But you have to remember, the left is like a drug addict. They are in denial and having withdrawels, which causes them to lie, cheat, steal, and lash out when their failed sense of "normality" is being wiped away or proven to be not the status quo. Notice how with every pick, there is an excuse. One idiotic poster said, "well every stadium will be empty at the beginning of the 3rd quarter". Others are saying, "well thats kickoff and everyone is in traffic" or "well those teams are terrible" despite being only 4-2 early on in the season. Every conceivable excuse will be given by the left to defend the NFL. You can show a picture of the top 2 teams in the country playing, 10 minutes into the 1st quarter with many open seats, and the left will come up with another excuse like, "clearly, it's because the beer they were serving was at 55 degrees".
Just stop trying to prove facts to irrational deniers. They know, just as we do, that the NFL's SJW actions are the reason their viewership is down. They will never admit it though.

The Jags haven't had success in a long long time. The Jags being 4-2 and tied for lead within division, while folks talk contenders is a big deal. In the past, the Jag fans would come out from the dark to support any kind of success.
The liberals here will ignore this or say it's irrelevant.
quote:
That's not the case right now. I think some owners are noticing the fans reactions to this, and that's probably why Jags owner released a PC apology for kneeling in Britain.
Progressives have also ignored the numerous apologies from owners and players. They are in their little bubble of retardation.

Its almost as if average American's don't want to pay outrageous prices to watch a bunch of spoiled athletes tell them how racist they are.
Who would have thunk it.
Who would have thunk it.

1) I am as Republican as they come
2) Are yall just going to avoid facts about the week 7 stadium attendance?
3) Over 3/4th's the games played had attendance over 90%
In other words, people are still going to games...

quote:If you Google stories about plummeting ticket sales, they all use the same reference, an online RESALE outlet called "Tickpick."
In other words the NFL is just fine.
Now, it doesn't take an Einstein to figure out that RESALE means that those tickets have already been sold.
But here's the kicker. If you go to the Tickpick website, here's the first thing you see

I just hope this doesn't deter the Drama Queens from continuing their melt over some insignificant numbnuts who kneel during the National Anthem.

How many times do i have to explain to you libtards how to use the term "melt".
This thread is showing the poor numbers (you know the NFL took a dip, you just aren't allowed to say it. You're a good slave) from NFL. When pics are included, you progressives have been "melting" and trying to come up with excuses as to why the stadiums are empty. That is a melt. Posting the results of poor decisions is not a melt. It is visual facts.
Maybe you'll learn 1 thing today.

Please post those facts. I'm assuming you have trends and numbers from past years for comparison.

Did anyone say the stadiums were barren? Don't think they did. The numbers are down. And it is directly related to players SJW stance. That is all this thread is pointing out.

quote:So, admitting that seats were, in fact, empty, I will agree with you that the majority of seats are pre-sold. Many of those to ticket brokers, many by season ticket holders who can't sell them on-line, or corporate accounts that give them to customers (who don't give a shite and don't go).
Spoiler Alert: Just because those seats are empty doesn't mean that ticket hasn't already been sold.
If that reality remains in place, it is a very disturbing trend for the NFL, as it would be for any business. The television and online rights deals are predicated on high interest by the viewing public. I've yet to watch a game this year. Amazing what you can get done or enjoy doing when your life isn't predicated on watching overpaid athletes in a watered down, uninteresting sport.
