this is pretty simple. Go take some acting classes. Develop a persona. Go somewhere where no one knows you and try it out. Detach from yourself. You can pretend to be whatever you want to be.

I do agree OP needs to man up. I also agree with him that he has been fooled by feminism. Feminist ideals of equality are a lie at the most biological levels. It also a negative influence on women who are in denial about their biology at the most primitive level.
The whole "be yourself" actually does have some meaning when you apply it to men being men and women being women.
