The family of the Democratic National Committee staffer murdered last year has launched a crowdfunding page to raise money to help solve the case.

Seth Rich, a DNC staffer, was shot multiple times last July while walking in his neighborhood in northwest Washington, D.C.

The GoFundMe page has a goal to raise $200,000. As of Wednesday morning, the page had raised about $5,200 from 110 donors.

On the page, Aaron Rich, the brother of Seth Rich, described his brother as an "amazing person who only cared about trying to help others and make the world better."
