This part isn't the problem. It's common sense not to assume a financial burden by hauling off the four junkers on blocks in the front yard.

He's made up for it by deporting "the bad ones" and staying out of Colorado IMO.

This sounds more like a business than it does law enforcement.

the EPA?

they're not taking the property. they're helping out agencies that are taking the property by doing the assessments
