Minority Alphabet Soup Expands (Again)

I just heard a commercial for SiriusXM "Progress" referencing "LGBTQIA" issues. Obviously my curiosity was piqued.
Turns out that Intersex and Asexuals are the new expansion teams. I'm going to assume that they'll likely be permanent cross-division rivals, especially when one can't make up their mind which way their sexual wind is blowing, and the other refuses to pick a side.
Let's not get bogged down in the semantics that the G for Gay and Q for Queer are redundant.
We're up to 7 of 26 letters of the alphabet. How fricking ridiculous can it get? Before you know it, they're just going to call themselves Alphabetical-Americans, and be done with it.
UPDATE - Depending on the source - Q can be Questioning and A can be Allies. (frick the Asexuals, I suppose. You can try, but they won't like it). There is also an optional + at the end, if you have your Platinum Tier 3X Frequent Flier SJW card.

The underlying premise of "You get a label! You get a label! Everybody gets a label!!!" is that you need to identify these fringe groups because they require some sort of protection. The subtext being that none of these folks are capable of defending/protecting themselves. After all, there's no room for individualism in liberal theology.
The smirk-worthy thing is if the Asexuals are doing their thing right, you'd never know it - so why do they need identifying, much less protecting?

I thought about that, but remembered that the hyphens are deeply revered by Lefties everywhere. It's a currency to barter in their ideology.

All of these mental issues are already under "disorders". The Genetic ones from birth are the only true cases. And those are far and few as compared to the "wanna-be's"

I've never understood this idea of pigeonholing ones self into a rather small subgroup of the population. Why not just be yourself instead of trying to deconstruct yourself down to almost nothing but your sexual being?

I believe it is Hermaphrodite, but I'm not doing a Google search on my work computer to confirm the spelling.
