Military training in U.S. cities

Why are they using gunfire in these exercises in the middle of big cities? Is this a normal thing?

Seems to me that with all the military activity going on around the world, there'd be plenty of training available elsewhere.

Machine gun fire from Black Hawk helicopters flying over Miami

Army training on Houston's south side

Why does the military pick liberal areas to conduct their urban training?

Well, I figured that. But, that doesn't mean it wouldn't scare the shite out of people. I figured they's save the gunfire theatrics for less populated areas.

This is apparently happening in other US cities as well, including St. Louis, LA, Boston, and Chicago.

Not really. If you're going to take over America, you have to practice. It's coming, the system will crash just like 1929, and idgaf. Nothing I can do about it.

Desensitize people to accept the maneuvers as normal? Dunno, but it's clear in my opinion that it isn't for overseas training. We do that already on federal property. I have to imagine this is prepping for what they see as the inevitability of martial law in the US.

Don't know if you happened to catch the arsenal of what appeared to be a whole lot of guns on the ground in that Houston clip. Now, maybe that's anti terrorism training, or maybe it doesn't matter if you get my drift.

Seriously, what would be the end game of this? Control at the barrel of a gun? Then what?

I liked how they couldn't disclose their location because of "security reasons."

It could be National Guard called up by the Governor training in police work. Posse Comitatus, as currently enacted, does not apply to National Guard that are under the Governor's mobilization order.

Yes. This plan is coming to fruition for YEARS now. At first in the 90's, you were "crazy" for even thinking it. Well it's almost here. Every piece of garbage legislation has been passed to protect a VERY small group of people.

It's baffling that ANYONE would think these politicians give a mere passing thought AT ALL to domestic crimes committed with guns. They send hundreds of thousands of Americans to fight overseas and abroad that die. People really are dumb as shite. Not everyone but it seems like most. It's astonishing. Do you remember the joint exercise between Russia and the USA? Military units took over the CIA and NSA headquarters. They also took over the Denver airport. Yeah, the Denver airport. Go look up the Denver airport conspiracy. Good point on desensitizing. Now my computer will start to slow down.

They are training to kill Americans. This has been building up for decades. And I don't give two shits. Nothing I can do.

Hard to explain the MH6 helicopters away. Not too sure how many guard units are equipped with those.

If you are going to do Urban training, you sort of have to use real cities, I think they did this in NO afew years ago.

At any rate this Miami incident was last Spring, and using google news, most of the complaining was from the left then, now since the school shooting the outrage regarding this old event is coming form the Right.
