There's nothing wrong with body shaming Trump.

It only reinforced the hypocrisy of the left and allows me to totally ignore their protestations about TRUMP's body shaming of others with a clear conscience and smile on my face.

Thank you.

The left are hypocrites and racists, but this is no such reinforcement. Trump is an unashamed bodyshamer, leaving him open as fair game for justified bodyshaming.

Not in question, unchallenged.

nobody on the right claims they have some sort of moral superiority

Really? Christians don't think they are morally superior to every other religion? And no one ever called Obama a monkey, right?

There are many shades of this, but I think that the right are more religious than the left, giving the right an outlet for any and all moral issues and an opportunity not to conflate their religious and political beliefs. The left, who are less religious, treat their politics as a religion so much so that political correctness has become religious dogma.

Neither side is pure in either essence; of course many on the right seek fake moral high ground when they say abortion is murder or that same sex marriage should be banned because gays are going to hell...but I think it's obvious that the political moral high ground is more of a left thing than it is a right thing.

If your panties get in a bunch when Trump calls Rosie a fat fricking pig, do not call him orange, or talk about his appearance.

Once you do, you lose all moral high ground, period.
Personally, I don't care what anyone says about Rosie, but I can still see the difference between calling someone a "fat fricking pig" and making jokes about someone's face being orange as frick, on purpose. One is meant to be mean and hurtful, and the other is meant to point out the obvious humor.

I think it's obvious that Trump uses things like orange makeup and outrageous tweets to distract us/media from a lot of the things he's up to.

Yes you did, liar. You said anyone who voted for Trump which I did therefore you were talking about me.

Anyway, I'm not sure why I even bothered with you today normally I just ignore you since it's the same shtick over and over with you.

I've never known you before, and I've never said anything about you. If you want what I said to be about you, that's your choice and has nothing to do with me. frick your feelings.

No it was because Obama is half black and that is the only reason. Corporations are deathly afraid of the race card being pulled.

The main difference (and why the comparison fails) is that the right isn't trying to get you fired from your job, banned from social media, or publicly shamed for calling someone orange or fat. Whereas the left will pearl clutch and try to brow beat you into submission for the slightest wrongthink, while making gendered, racial, and social class insults themselves all day.

What's happening is that people are no longer responding to their attempts at shame and they are panicking having no idea what to do besides double down with the hysteria and hyperbole.

I know right. Look at all those people who got exposed and fired for being pro-choice. They only have the media, big business, and most of D.C. on their side. Brave souls indeed.
