I don’t understand how anyone could enjoy sitting at those award shows for hours on end. Same speech for every award, or the same political slant for every speech/joke. The food, if there is any, has to be awful/cold.
I get that someone gets to hang out with the stars, but they are all stars, they’re just hanging out with their peers.

Not sure who the dude was handing Streep the award but he had to pander to the vile gathering of humanity by attacking Christians.

True, but this goes beyond "private life".
All of these individuals are aware of the pedophilia by people like Schneider.
They are all aware of what is basically blackmail through demanding sexual favors for acting gigs.

The Golden Globes aren't that bad given that everyone gets shitfaced and mock one another. It's especially great when Ricky hosts.
But the others across the board are torture. They are notoriously awful even among pretentious douchebags in Hollywood. Matt and Trey going to the Academy Awards in drag tripping their fricking faces off was the greatest moment ever: LINK
