Not only did she get ridiculed for her Putin interview last week, she's lost 1.5 million viewers in one week. And now she's getting heat for interviewing Alex Jones. NBC has to love their investment so far

1. She actually thought liberals would embrace her (they never will)
2. She didn't realize how quickly conservatives would abandon her (they did immediately)
3. On top of that, she's getting old and she only got to where she is because of her looks and they are fading fast.

She thought she'd be more popular leaving Fox? She left a bad taste in a lot of Fox viewers' mouths before leaving the station altogether, so her previous following wasn't going to jump over to her new network just to watch her. Liberals who didn't watch FNC only knew her as one of those anchors and didn't want to watch her on the new network. She offers nothing new or substantive, so of course she's going to tank. I would be very surprised if she lasted a year at her current gig.

Van Susteren and Kelly were brought in by Comcast to bring NBC/MSNBC off the ledge. NBC has only made gains due to the lunacy of the Murdoch Brothers trying to destroy FNC. Anyway, win or lose, both ladies got paid, it's up to NBC to make it work.

She tries to tow the 'fair and balanced' Journalism line. She hit Trump on sexism when he was vulnerable and that pissed on the Right; and now she's moved to a venue where 'balanced' journalism is considered disloyalty and political blasphemy.
