And will probably get it

As I posted last week. UAW is all in for Mary. He says she's good for the state. But then he also said GM would never close down the Shreveport plant.

By standing by the president, hopefully, is enough to end her reign in Washington.

Assuming you are a registered Republican, are you saying the woman who votes 19 times out of 20 with whatever the Democrats propose is your candidate of choice?

folks don't realize how much support she will get from the oil and gas folks - also, one of her biggest supporters is Bollinger ship building folks - big time R guys.

Figured as much. But I like how people talk about being Republicans yet saying a Senator is "good for the state" by being part of the problem of too much growth and centralized power in the federal government. Mary gets us stuff!

I fear there are too many "RINOs" who have forfeited fiscal conservatism to just "get mine" from the declining system.

You probably will consider me a RINO.... I am about middle of the road (maybe a tad left of center) on fiscal issues and WAY WAY WAY right on social issues. Vote Republican about 90% of the time.

I really think that she has done a good job for this state and she will be in line to help us even more in the coming years.

Yes, you just described yourself as a RINO.

I will not down your political view/priorities as a voter except to say that it will prove not to be a positive one as it relates to the growth and future of our federal government.

If she lived in another state, a blue state, she would never vote in favor of the O & G industry.

SHE IS A DYED IN THE WOOL LIBERAL DEMOCRAT!!!!!!!!!!

You people!

Reading some of the comments in this thread makes it easy to understand why these jackals continue to win election after election despite their voting history.

This is weird in today's divisive/partisan climate, but true. O&G may dislike the Dems but they like Mary Landrieu and probably see having an oil friendly Democrat to be strategically more advantageous than just another Republican.

Wasn't she the deciding vote on Obamacare?

I don't see how a person who calls themselves a republican could possibly cast a vote for her. You should seriously reconsider your position on her.
