Several phases of the KSP have been completed. Phase IV or Keystone XL, is what has been the issue(from Alberta, Canada to Steele, KS)
Some questions Cassidy needs to hammer home to the voters of Louisiana
How long has Keystone XL pipeline system been proposed?
Where has bloody mary been on this issue over the last few years?
Where is her proposed bills in the past to bring completion of XL?
The big challenge Cassidy should issue to landfill is to get it passed in the US Senate el pronto.
Cassidy should publicly and loudly call out landrieu at every turn to get KSP XL approved and get construction going in the next few weeks.

I loved the part of her charade when she said I don't know what President Obama will do when this bill hits his desk, but I want to see.
No you don't Mary, no you don't.
Then she goes on to say that there were people in her party that were willing to vote for Keystone, but they wanted pork added in and that is something that does not belong.
It is so sad and we are so screwed.
