The HHS Slush Fund Elimination Act would prohibit the government from using the Judgment Fund, or any other federal funds, to pay any final judgment, award or settlement compromise related to any lawsuits related to the ACA’s risk programs. Their is similar legislation already in place but the group of Senators say the government is facing lawsuits from the private companies looking for compensation.

Marco already completely poisoned the well and killed ACA by closing the risk corridors. Now he is going a step further to make sure a crooked administration on the way out can't bail out the insurance companies. The only one putting his money where his mouth is in Congress.

And there is a West Coast Congressman who is pushing a Bill to go after *Protestors* who affect the freedom/security of other Citizens.
They have 2 years to ram stuff through on partisan number counts. No time to lose.
I've always liked Rubio. He's the future after Trump does the sausage making.

Jury is still out on Little Marco. He's got to distance himself from the usual political money barons but he's got potential.

Everybody knows that it is imperative for Conservatives to corral the Latino vote, br; due to the massive immigration of the last decades that is reality. And Rubio in Florida depends less on the money barons as he does on the Lat vote.
It is up to Trump to PRODUCE positive results for Latinos which can up the demographic % of the Lat vote, while at the same time...ending the transformative wave of Open Border immigration. A high-wire balancing act for sure; but if he goes after the Cartels/illegal felons first, that have terrorized immigrants in their own Countries, he can finesse the process. And he can use his Twitter to frame the Process in ways that the MSM can't spin.
Trump has the energy to do this. He's putting a solid Team in place. Light at the end of the tunnel.
