Why would the FBI release HRC emails randomly willy nilly during a football game? Emails that Judge Napolitano said, --is what looks like-- a smoking gun?
Judge Napolitano also saying, this will most certainly be brought up during Sessions confirmation hearing today.

As the Judge insinuates. This 'looks like' that it was put out there purposefully by our FBI so that a pardon for HRC gets put on the agenda?
Sharp disagreements behind the scenes within State/FBI Obama.
Do a search on the terms, FBI Clinton Emails. No alphabet MSM reporting this other than Fox...
Remember, HRC said no foreign governments (hostile or not) got into her emails.

Comey dropped the ball, no doubt. Everyone is only guessing that the FBI dropped this bombshell so Crooked Hillary can get on the docket for an Obama pardon...
Why else would it leak? Unless it is the rogue FBI agents that are whistle-blowing? But nothing happens w/o POTUS' permission. Do you think Obama knew the FBI were going to drop these emails?

It was discussed in some detail a few months ago.
No charges are required. Nixon was pardoned preemptively by Ford.

Really? So no charges need to be filed for Obama to pardon her? Why the dog and pony show with the FBI emails release? So it looks like there is something to pardon? They are some strange individuals.

I dunno. But Nixon was not charged with a crime.
In Nixon's case he had to be pardoned -before- his impeachment began because the Framers wisely placed in the Constitution a provision that pardons may not be granted in cases of impeachment.
But the president's powers are very broad on this.

Clinton cannot admit that she even needs a pardon, I would guess; she didn't do anything wrong.

I have serious doubts Obama would do this, unless Hillary has the goods on him.
It would tarnish his "legacy" and he cares way more about that than he does that gasbag.

I think they are all in on Russian uranium deals and God knows what else with pedo island with most of DC; and he will pardon her. In Obama's mind he is the one they were waiting for, he cannot be tarnished. He was also emailed on her bathroom server and knew; so he covers his own arse making it all go away with his pardon pen.

Pardon or no pardon is a yawn to me. What trump needs to do is expose everything when he gets in power. It's a PR battle now so if trump goes soft he will be a big loser

I believe that Obama will issue a blanket pardon for HRC. It may well be that he signs the document and then immediately walks out of the White House door for the last time as POTUS. I think it will be the very last thing he does.
