Cereal is just about the worst thing you can eat for breakfast anyways.

OK good for you. Should probably be getting fewer carbs for breakfast anyways.

Not giving up cereal even if it were made by literally Hitler. Probably my most carb-heavy meal of the day. But I don't eat eggs, so there's virtually nothing low-carb out there for breakfast. 20g for Cheerios or 29g for Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch will have to suffice.

I fill the bowl with fresh fruit on top to counter the negatives. But the bottom of the bowl will never be Kellogg again. It's time to show these liberal businesses that half of the country has common sense and is conservative. Make sure Mr. Kellogg doesn't have so much money to give away.

Fruits contain many antioxidants, flavonoids, and other nutrients that are extremely beneficial. The total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of blackberries, blueberries and cranberries is amongst the highest of any foods.

I eat two cups of frozen wild blueberries a day. 160 calories and my shoulder tendonitis hasn't hurt in months.

Kellogg's also has endorsed and push the whole transgender thing as well.

They ran a Special K ad in Europe celebrating mothers and included tranny "mothers" (aka men).

I gave up on buying their shite after that.

In addition to breakfast cereals they also have other products (granola bars, shakes, shite like that) so look at the label and make sure you aren't accidentally buying their shite.

They will not prevent an insulin spike. However, the spike will not be as great because fruits also contain fiber. Fiber helps slow the digestion of carbs and thus it's entry into the bloodstream. The antioxidants, vitamins and phytochemicals found in fruits serve numerous physiological functions. Blueberries have been called the "brain food" because of their ability to enhance cognition. Fiber from fruit increase colon transit time, protecting against colon cancer. Many of the vitamins are enzyme co-factors involved in metabolic pathways. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

They have supported PBS for decades. The Ford Foundation as well. The founders of these foundations would roll over in their graves if they knew how their money is being used.

I'm a fan of avoiding junk carbs. Your claim is simply not true. I'm slowly losing my
vision and there is little I can do about it. One of the things I can do to slow the progression is to eat fruits like blue berries, goji berries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries and to take specific vitamins. The only treatment available to me once the disease progresses is intravitreal injections (shots directly in the eyeball). I am currently receiving this treatment in one eye and responding very well. Not only responding well but my vision improved in an eye we gave up on from 20/2200 a year ago to 20/50 as of last Thursday. No one has an explanation but no one is ruling out my diet.
