It hasn't exactly been a cake walk. I'm hoping he learns to be more humble and less knee jerk. Maybe tone down the tweeting. All in all he's been good I think.

Prepare for few responses. The ones that voted for her won't say it

OMG yes! Clearing the deck for Hillary because it was her turn was incredibly dumb. Biden now says he regrets not running. He knows he would have won.
Even if Biden ran he was not going to get the nom over Hillary.
There is no way whatsoever that the Democrat party was letting anyone other than Hillary get that nomination.
Biden would have been put to the sword by the powers that be in the party and the media.

Bernie in the primary, Hillary in the general.

Biden would have won. Hillary almost got beat by at 99 year old proud socialist. It not for the black vote in the south Bernie would have won. Hillary won the nomination by winning all the southern states she lost in November.

I don't think she was in any danger.

Because she carried the black vote by 90+ percent and won all the deep red states. I think Biden does way better there than Bernie did because he was Obama's VP and Obama is a god to black dems.

this is mind boggling to me.
ETA: same as somebody who switched from Yeb to Trump.

She wasn't. Bernie did well, but Hillary still ended up with about 1 million more votes.

Voted for Gary Johnson (In '16 and '12). Literally anyone could have replaced her and won the election, but I probably wouldn't have voted for them either because I never vote Democrat.

Ditto. Kasich could have been a great president.

I'm was pulling Kasich, voted for Rubio in the primary
then Trump in the general. with Hillary running, I was prepared to vote for whoever the nominee was
Had Webb been the Dem nominee, I would have had to think about it

After all was said and done, I ended up exercising my right not to vote

I totally disagree because Biden is a buffoon and would have been proven such during the general.
I think it's established fact at this point that the citizens are willing to give a buffoon an electoral college win.
No offense, but I think you get caught up too much in style and forget about substance. Trump says and does some pretty awful things, but he crushed the SCOTUS appointment, and illegal immigration is way down, apparently. Those were the two biggest points. Granted, the Wall isn't going to be paid for by Mexico.
But the whole point was drying up illegal immigration, and so far...just based on reputation alone he has done that. now, can it continue? that will be the true test.
(I didn't even bring up tax reform.)

Biden would've crushed.
Infinitely more likeable. Affable. A natural campaigner. Could have taken the Obama mantle. Barring a major scandal, yeah, I think he could have won.
Biden is MUCH more likeable than Hillary or Trump. He also has a penchant for putting his foot in his mouth...but so does Trump, soooo...it's possible he could have won. The race definitely would have been entertaining!

I did not vote as both candidates were equally horrid.
I did favor trump however. And that has turned out to be a national embarrassment

The democratix rigged the primaries so Hillary would win. Hillary was going to be the nominee. It was her turn.
